He/She will assume a lead role in the creation, execution and refinement of profitable financial strategies designed to maximize opportunities for head office and assigned Hotels/Properties. Ensure excellence in the assigned property’s day-to-day financial accounting, reporting, analytical and planning functions, as well as the integration of best practices. Develop organizational talent and capacity of the assigned property’s Accounting/Finance Department, by which to support the company’s aggressive growth plans. At least holds Finance Manager/FC for minimum 3-5 years.
He/She is an entrepreneurial individual who will be expected to develop business models, perform general business development, strategy setting, market research, and financial analysis within the business and hospitality sectors. At least holds Business Development Manager/Executive for minimum 3 years.
He/She provides administrative and clerical support to an executive to achieve corporate goals and objectives in a wide variety of administrative and staff support functions. May assist in budget preparation and control activities. May compile and analyze data, prepare reports/recommendations for action. Administers or coordinates projects, and/or processes specific to the operation unit serviced. May serve as administrative liaison within and outside the company regarding issues related to business operations. At least holds Executive Assistant/Secretary for minimum 2-3 years.
